DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

DTC detecting condition	Trouble area
P0340: Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit This DTC is detected if any one of the following conditions is met. CMP sensor pulse is less than 20 pulses per 8 crankshaft revolutions. CMP sensor pulse is more than 28 pulses per 8 crankshaft revolutions. CMP sensor pulse is less than 20 pulses between BTDC 75° and BTDC 5° with in 8 crankshaft revolutions from engine start.
