Front Fender Removal and Installation: Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.

Adjust front fender panel clearance, see PANEL CLEARANCE .
Tighten front fender bolts to specified torque, see FRONT FENDER COMPONENTS .
If paint on front fender bolts is peeled off, be sure to apply paint again to prevent rust.
Perform headlight aiming after installation, see HEADLIGHT AIMING AND LIGHT INTENSITY CHECK .
