Brush Holder

Check brush holder for brush movement problems, distortion, and dirt on sliding surface.
Clean or correct brush holder if necessary.
Check for continuity between insulated brush (positive (+) side) and grounded brush (negative (-) side).
It there is continuity, replace brush holder.
