DTC Troubleshooting

DIAGNOSTICS PROCEDURE CHART

Step Action YES NO
1  Was "ESP® System Check" performed?  Go to Step 2. Go to ESP® SYSTEM CHECK .
2  DTC check 
  1. Perform DTC CHECK .

Is there DTC(s) other than C1092? 		 Go to APPLICABLE DTC TROUBLESHOOTING . Go to Step 3.
3  DTC check for TCM 
  1. Check DTC for TCM.

Is any DTC(s) detected? 		 Go to APPLICABLE DTC TROUBLESHOOTING . Substitute a known-good TCM and recheck DTC.
Substitute a known-good ESP® control module if DTC C1092 is still detected, see ESP® HYDRAULIC UNIT/CONTROL MODULE ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
