Sun Roof Assembly Disassembly and Reassembly: Reassembly

Reverse disassembly procedure noting the following points.

• Use new screws.
• Check wear and damage of drive cables and sun roof motor gear.
• Apply grease to sliding parts.
• Slide shoes (1) to contact guide blocks (2) for positioning the sun roof to tilt up position and install sun roof motor.
