Sun Roof Assembly Disassembly and Reassembly: Disassembly

1. Remove sun roof motor (1) by removing sun roof motor bolts (2).

2. Slide sunshade (1) to full-open position "1".
3. Slide shoe (2) backward "2" and tilt-down.
4. Slide drip channel (3) backward.

5. Remove wind-deflector (1) from guide block (2).

6. Remove No. 1 pieces (1) and then pull out sunshade (2) from guide rails (3).
7. Remove rail stoppers (4) from guide rails.

8. Pull out drip channel (1), panel brackets (2), shoes (3) and drive cables (4) all together from guide rails.

9. Disassemble drip channel, panel brackets, shoes and drive cables.
10. Remove guide block (1) and housing covers (2) from rails.
