DTC check Is any DTC other than B1125 detected? |
Go to troubleshooting for applicable DTC. |
Go to Step 2. |
| 2 |
CPP switch signal circuit check
- Push engine switch to change ignition mode to "OFF".
- Disconnect CPP switch, "C01", "E01", "E04" and "L01" connectors.
- Check for proper terminal connection to CPP switch, "C01", "E01", "E04" and "L01" connectors.
- If connections are OK, check the following points.
- Resistance of "A1" circuit: less than 3 Ω
- Resistance between "A1" circuit and ground: infinity
- Resistance between "A1" circuit terminal and each terminal at CPP switch connector: infinity
Are they in good condition? |
Go to Step 3. |
Repair or replace defective wire harness. |
| 3 |
CPP switch (for cruise control) signal circuit check
- Disconnect CPP switch (for cruise control) connector.
- Check for proper terminal connection to CPP switch (for cruise control), "E04" and "L01" connectors.
- If connections are OK, check the following points.
- Resistance of "A2" circuit: less than 3 Ω
- Resistance between "A2" circuit and ground: infinity
- Resistance between "A2" circuit terminal and each terminal at CPP switch (for cruise control) connector: infinity
Are they in good condition? |
Go to Step 4. |
Repair or replace defective wire harness. |
