DTC TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

Step	Action	YES	NO
1	Was "CVT System Check" performed?	Go to Step 2.	Go to CVT SYSTEM CHECK .
2	Sensor power supply circuit check Confirm that ignition mode of keyless push start system is "OFF". Disconnect "C142", "E19" and "E20" connectors. Check for proper terminal connection to "C142", "E19" and "E20" connectors. If connections are OK, check the following points. Resistance between "B1" circuit and each terminal at "C142" connector: infinity Voltage of "B1" circuit: 0 - 1 V (with ignition mode of keyless push start system in "ON") Are they in good condition?	Go to Step 3.	Repair or replace defective wire harness.
3	Sensor ground circuit check Check the following points. Resistance of "C1" circuit between "C142" connector and ground: infinity Resistance between "C1" circuit terminal and each terminal at "C142" connector: infinity Are they in good condition?	Go to Step 4.	Repair or replace defective wire harness.
4	Primary pressure sensor and its circuit check Check primary pressure sensor and its circuit according to Step 2 through 3 of DTC P0842/ P0843 . Are they in good condition?	Go to Step 5.	Repair or replace defective parts.
5	Secondary pressure sensor and its circuit check Check secondary pressure sensor and its circuit according to Step 2 through 3 of DTC P0847 / P0848 . Are they in good condition?	Go to Step 6.	Repair or replace defective parts.
6	CVT fluid temperature and its circuit check Check CVT fluid temperature sensor and its circuit according to Step 2 through 3 of DTC P0711 . Are they in good condition?	Substitute a known-good TCM and recheck DTC, see TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM) REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .	Replace CVT fluid temperature sensor (valve body assembly). Refer to VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
