P/S Warning Light Remains ON Steady after Engine Starts: Troubleshooting

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE CHART

Step Action YES NO
1  Was "EPS System Check" performed?  Go to Step 2. Go to P/S SYSTEM CHECK .
2  P/S control module power supply circuit and ground circuit check 
  1. Check P/S control module power supply circuit and ground circuit.

Are they in good condition? 		 Perform TROUBLESHOOTING FOR LOST COMMUNICATION . Repair or replace defective part.
NOTE: Perform the following items after completion of check and repair.
  • Connect every P/S system component and check if installed securely.
  • Recheck system to see there is no error, see P/S SYSTEM CHECK .
