Condenser Assembly Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Recover refrigerant from A/C system. Refer to "RECOVERY " in Operation Procedure For Refrigerant Charge  .
  2. Remove front bumper, see FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  3. Remove right side headlight holder, see HEADLIGHT UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Remove discharge hose bolt (2) and liquid pipe bolt (1), and then disconnect discharge hose (4) and liquid pipe (3) from condenser assembly (5).
  5. Remove condenser assembly mounting bolts (6).

  6. Remove condenser assembly upward.
