DTC Confirmation Procedure

Clear DTC.
Start engine and select 2WD/i-AWD switch to the i-AWD position.
Apply parking brake, block wheels and press brake pedal.
Select lever "R" position, depress accelerator lightly enough so that the vehicle does not start to move, for over 5 seconds.
CAUTION:
- After performing the test, cool the CVT for more than 30 seconds while idling.
- To avoid any personal injury or property damage, hold the vehicle securely while testing.
Stop engine and check DTC.
