Passenger side

  1. Remove glove box and passenger side instrument panel undercover, see INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove passenger side foot duct (2) by removing a screw (1).

  3. Disconnect temperature control actuator connector (1).
  4. Remove temperature control actuator (3) and arm (4) from HVAC unit by removing screws (2).
