Air Flow Control Actuator Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove glove box and passenger side instrument panel undercover, see INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  2. Disconnect actuator connector (1).
  3. Remove air flow control actuator (3) by removing screws (2).

  4. Remove actuator link cover (2) and arm (3) by removing screws (1).
