Rear Side Impact Sensor Removal and Installation: Notes

CAUTION:

Never repair or disassemble rear side impact sensor.
Do not cause vibration or impact to sensor.
Be careful when handling sensor so as not to cause vibration or impact including dropping. If rear side impact sensor has been dropped, replace it even if there is no defect in appearance. Replace it with new one in case of defect such as deformation and cracks.
Install sensor and connect connector securely. Improper installation can cause malfunction.
