Driver Air Bag (Inflator) Module Removal and Installation: Notes

When handling an air bag (inflator) module, be sure to read Precautions for Handling and Storage of Air Bag System Components and observe each instruction. Failure to follow them could cause damage to air bag (inflator) module or result in personal injury.
Never insert foreign matter such as flat-end screwdriver between air bag (inflator) module and "S121" connector as static electricity may cause accidental deployment.

NOTE: Refer to REPAIR AND INSPECTION REQUIRED AFTER ACCIDENT before replacing deployed air bag.
