Front Seat Removal and Installation: Removal

CAUTION: If the OCM with sensor mat is once removed from the front cushion pad, the OCM may not function properly. Do not remove the OCM with sensor mat from the front cushion pad. If any fault is found in the OCM with sensor mat, replace the front cushion pad.
  1. Disable air bag system, see DISABLING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
  2. Disconnect connectors from front seat.
  3. Remove 4 mounting bolts and remove seat assembly.
  4. Disassemble and repair parts if necessary, see FRONT SEAT COMPONENTS .
