Accessory Drive Belt Tension Inspection
- Disconnect negative (-) cable from battery.
- Inspect accessory drive belt for cracks, cuts, deformation, wear and cleanliness.
If any abnormality is found, replace accessory drive belt. Refer to Accessory Drive Belt Removal and Installation
- Check that tension indicator (1) is on the right of indicator (2) when it is viewed from vehicle front.
If indicator (1) is on the left of Indicator (2), replace accessory drive belt. Refer to Accessory Drive Belt Removal and Installation
