Generator Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative (-) cable from battery.
  2. Remove intake manifold. See INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
  3. Remove accessory drive belt. See ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 
  4. Disconnect "B" terminal wire (1) and connector (2) from generator (3).
  5. Remove generator (3).
