DTC Troubleshooting

DTC P1825 TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

Step Action YES NO
1  Was "CVT System Check" performed?  Go to Step 2. Go to CVT SYSTEM CHECK .
2  DTC check 
  1. Check DTC. See DTC Check .

Is there DTC other than P1825? 		 Go to troubleshooting for applicable DTC. Go to Step 3.
3  DTC recheck 
  1. Perform TCM LEARNING CONTROL INITIALIZATION .
  2. Clear DTC. See DTC Clearance .
  3. Turn ignition switch to OFF position
  4. Perform DTC confirmation procedure, and check DTC.

Is DTC P1825 still detected? 		 Substitute a known-good ROM (valve body assembly) and recheck DTC. End.
