P0966/P0967 SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS DESCRIPTION CHART

DTC detecting condition Trouble area
DTC P0966: Pressure Control Solenoid "B" Control Circuit Low 
Secondary pressure control solenoid valve control circuit is shorted to ground for specified times.
(1 D/C detection logic)
  • Secondary pressure control solenoid valve (valve body assembly) and/or its circuit
  • TCM
DTC P0967: Pressure Control Solenoid "B" Control Circuit High 
Secondary pressure control solenoid valve control circuit is open circuit for 5 sec.
