Radial Clearance

Check radial clearance between outer rotor (2) and case No. 1 (1), using thickness gauge (4). If clearance exceeds its limit, replace oil pump assembly.

Radial clearance between outer rotor and case for oil pump 

Standard: 0.10 - 0.20 mm (0.0040 - 0.0078 in.)
