Rear Differential Dismounting and Remounting: Dismounting

- Lift up vehicle and drain oil from rear differential referring to REAR DIFFERENTIAL OIL CHANGE .
- Remove propeller shaft referring to PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Remove rear drive shaft assemblies referring to REAR DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Disconnect coupling solenoid connector, coupling air temperature sensor connector and breather hose.
- Support rear differential (3) with transmission jack (4).
- Remove mounting arm bolts (2) and rear mounting bolts (1), and then lower rear differential with rear mounting bracket.
