OCV (Oil Control Valve) Removal and Installation: Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following.
- Install new O-ring.
- Tighten OCV bolt to specified torque.
Tightening torque
OCV bolt: 11 N.m (1.1 kg-m, 8.5 lbf-ft)
