DTC detecting condition	Trouble area
P0480: Fan 1 Control Circuit This DTC is detected if any one of the following conditions is met. Monitor signal of radiator cooling fan relay No. 1 drive circuit is high level (OFF) for 5 sec. even if command signal of radiator cooling fan is at low speed. Monitor signal of radiator cooling fan relay No. 1 drive circuit is low level (ON) for 5 sec. even if command signal of radiator cooling fan is NOT at low speed. (2 D/C detection logic but MIL does not light up)	Radiator cooling fan relay No. 1 (coil side) and/or its circuit ECM

P0480: Fan 1 Control Circuit
This DTC is detected if any one of the following conditions is met.

Monitor signal of radiator cooling fan relay No. 1 drive circuit is high level (OFF) for 5 sec. even if command signal of radiator cooling fan is at low speed.
Monitor signal of radiator cooling fan relay No. 1 drive circuit is low level (ON) for 5 sec. even if command signal of radiator cooling fan is NOT at low speed.

(2 D/C detection logic but MIL does not light up)
