Front Door Glass Removal and Installation: Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following instructions.

• If there is deformity for glass run, replace it with a new one.
• Tighten door glass mounting screws to specified torque in order of "i" and "ii" indicated in figure.

  Tightening torque 

  Door glass mounting screw (a): 5.5 N.m (0.56 kgf-m, 4.0 lbf-ft)

• Secure door sealing cover (1) with adhesive (2).

• Install front door trim.
