Back Up Lamp Switch Removal and Installation

Removal

1) Remove battery and tray with ECM. Engine Control Module (ECM) Removal and Installation
2) Remove air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Removal and Installation
3) Disconnect back up lamp switch connector (1).
4) Remove back up lamp switch.






Installation

Back Up Lamp Switch Inspection
1) Apply oil to new O-ring (1) and tighten back up lamp switch (2) to specified torque.

Tightening torque
Back up lamp switch (a): 19 Nm (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 lbf-ft)





2) Connect back up lamp switch connector.
3) Install air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Removal and Installation
4) Install battery and tray with ECM. Engine Control Module (ECM) Removal and Installation
