DTC Check

NOTE: DTC can be read by selecting "Headlight Auto Leveling" menu on SUZUKI scan tool.

Set ignition OFF.
Connect SUZUKI scan tool to DLC (1).
Special Tool

Set ignition ON.
Read DTC according to instructions displayed on SUZUKI scan tool and print it or write it down. Refer to SUZUKI scan tool operator's manual for further details.
NOTE:
If communication between SUZUKI scan tool and headlight auto leveling control module is not possible, check related items according to the following points for recovery.
- SUZUKI scan tool and communication cable
- DLC power circuit and ground circuit
- CAN communication system malfunction ("Control Module Communication Bus Off" is detected in any control module.)
- Check power supply and ground circuit of headlight auto leveling control module.
After completing the check, set ignition OFF and disconnect SUZUKI scan tool from DLC.
