Diagnosis flow code: L

Step Action Yes No
1  CAN communication circuit check 
  1. Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
  2. Disconnect "G31" connector from BCM.
  3. Check for proper terminal connection to CAN communication circuit at BCM connector.
  4. If OK, check CAN communication circuits between DLC and BCM connector for breaking.

Is each CAN communication circuit in good condition? 		 Go to Step 2. Repair CAN communication circuit.
2  Combination meter CAN terminating resistance check 
  1. Connect "G31" connector to BCM.
  2. Disconnect connector from ABS/ESP® control module.
  3. Measure resistance between CAN High terminal and CAN Low terminal on DLC.

Is resistance 114 - 134 Ω? 		 Go to TROUBLESHOOTING FOR COMMUNICATION BUS OFF . Substitute a known-good BCM and recheck.
