Engine Brake Test

WARNING:

There is the risk of a rear-end collision if there are vehicles behind you when you perform this test.

Make sure that there are no vehicles behind you when you perform this test.

1) While driving vehicle in 4th gear of "D" range, shift select lever down to "2" range and check if engine brake operates.
2) In the same way as in Step 1), check engine brake for operation when select lever is shifted down to "L" range.
3) Engine brake should operate in the test.
