Clutch Master Cylinder: Removal and Installation: Removal
CAUTION:
Do not spill brake fluid onto painted surfaces. If it spills, wipe up immediately and wash the affected area with water.
NOTE:
When removing components such as hoses, tubes/lines, etc., cap or plug openings to prevent fluid from spilling.
- Remove the snap pin and clevis pin from the clevis, and separate it from the clutch pedal.
- Remove the hose clamp and hose from the clutch master cylinder.
- Remove the clutch tube using suitable tool.
- Remove the clutch master cylinder nuts, and remove the clutch master cylinder from the vehicle.
