Heater & Cooling Unit Assembly: Removal and Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

Replace the O-ring of the low-pressure A/C pipe and high-pressure A/C pipe with a new one, and apply compressor oil to the O-ring for installation.
After charging the refrigerant, check for leaks. Refer to [CHECKING OF REFRIGERANT LEAKS ].

NOTE:

Fill the engine cooling system with the specified coolant mixture. Refer to [CHANGING ENGINE COOLANT ] (QR25DE), [CHANGING ENGINE COOLANT ] (VQ40DE).
Recharge the A/C system. Refer to [HFC-134A (R-134A) SERVICE PROCEDURE ].
