Circuit/System Testing

Ignition OFF, verify that the vehicle does not show any signs of inflator module or pretensioner deployment.
- If the vehicle displays any signs of inflator deployment, refer to REPAIRS AND INSPECTIONS REQUIRED AFTER A COLLISION .
With a scan tool, verify DTC B0052, B0053, or B0055 is not set.
- If DTC is set, refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) LIST - VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION .
With a scan tool, clear DTCs, verify DTC B0056 is not set.
- If DTC is set, replace the SDM.
