Removal Procedure

Remove the radiator outlet hose. Refer to RADIATOR OUTLET HOSE REPLACEMENT .
Remove the water outlet housing bolts (1).
Remove the housing.
Remove the water outlet housing O-ring seal (2).
Remove the water outlet housing seal (3). Discard seal.
