Component Testing

Static Test 

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the 22-way automatic transmission (AT) wiring harness connector (C2) at the TCM.
  2. Disconnect the automatic transmission (AT) wiring harness connectors at the valve body (V/B).
  3. Place the TFT sensor in water with a temperature of 10°C. Test for 5.80 - 7.09K ohms of resistance between the TFT sensor high signal circuit terminal 14 and low signal circuit terminal 13.
  4. Place the TFT sensor in water with a temperature of 110°C. Test for 0.231 - 0.263K ohms of resistance between the TFT sensor high signal circuit terminal 14 and low signal circuit terminal 13.
