Diagnosis Procedure

Symptom: Displays "VEHICLE SPEED CIRC [B2205]" as a "DTC check" result of combination meter.

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE CHART

Step Action YES NO
1  CHECK COMBINATION METER INPUT SIGNAL 
  1. Start engine and select "Meter / M&A" on SDT.
  2. Using "SPEED METER" on "Data list", compare the value of data list with speedometer pointer of combination meter. Speedometer and data list indications should be close.

Is the inspection result normal? 		 Perform ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) "DTC check". Refer to [SDT FUNCTION (ABS / ESP®) ] (TYPE 1), or [SDT FUNCTION (ABS / ESP®) ] (TYPE 2) . Replace combination meter. Refer to [COMBINATION METER: REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ].
