Actuator Linkage Inspection

  1. Remove actuator and arm, see Air Flow Control Actuator Removal and Installation .
  2. Check the following points and if any malfunction is found, repair or replace faulty part(s).
    • Make sure if there is no obstruction in operating range of actuator linkage.
    • Check if each actuator linkage operates smoothly.
    • Check if there is no bend, wear or breakage of actuator linkage.
