Rear Window Regulator Assembly Inspection

Reference: REAR WINDOW REGULATOR ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Check with connectors disconnected from power window motor.

Check motor movement as follows.

Connect battery positive terminal "1" (UP) and connect battery negative terminal "2".
Connect battery positive terminal "2" (DOWN) and connect battery negative terminal "1".

If operation is not smooth, check glass run, door outer weather-strip, door inner weather-strip and grease in link. If those parts are in good condition, replace window regulator assembly.
