DTC Troubleshooting


1. Was "Air Bag Diagnostic System Check" performed?
YES
Go to Step 2.
NO
Go to Air Bag Diagnostic System Check Air Bag Diagnostic System Check.
2. Check DTC of SDM. DTC Check
Is there any DTC(s)?
YES
Go to applicable DTC troubleshooting.
NO
Go to Step 3.
3. Clear DTC of SDM. DTC Check
Is there DTC B1319?
YES
Substitute a known good SDM and recheck DTC. SDM Removal and Installation
If DTC is still indicated, substitute a known good OCM and recheck DTC. Components
NO
System is in good condition.

NOTE:

Upon completion of inspection and repair work, perform the following items.

- Reconnect all air bag system components and ensure all components are properly mounted.
- Clear DTCs, referring to DTC Clearance DTC Clearance
, if any DTC is detected.
- Repeat Air Bag Diagnostic System Check Air Bag Diagnostic System Check
to confirm that the trouble has been solved.
