Expansion Valve: Removal and Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

Do not reuse O-rings.
Apply A/C oil to the expansion valve O-rings and the A/C refrigerant pipe O-rings for installation.
After charging refrigerant, check for leaks.

Front expansion valve bolts : 4.0 N.m (0.41 kg-m, 35 in-lb)

A/C refrigerant pipe to front expansion valve bolt : 3.4 N.m (0.35 kg-m, 30 in-lb)
