DTC Confirmation Procedure

NOTE:
  • If DTC other than aimed DTC are previously detected in DTC confirmation procedure, be sure to troubleshoot DTC previously detected.
  • Check to make sure that the following conditions are satisfied when using this procedure.
    • 4.4 °C (39.9 °F) < IAT < 50 °C (122 °F)
    • 4.4 °C (39.9 °F) < ECT < 45 °C (113 °F)
    • BARO > 75 kPa (0.8 kgf/cm2, 10.8 psi, 0.75 bar)
    • Fuel level < 85%
  1. Start engine and warm up to normal operating temperature.
  2. Drive vehicle at 40 km/h (25 mile/h) for 15 min.
  3. Turn OFF ignition switch and leave for 6 hours.
