Radiator Cap Removal and Installation: Installation

Install radiator cap (1) according to the following procedure.
1. Put radiator cap (1) on water filler.
2. Push down radiator cap and turn it clockwise until it fully stops.
  CAUTION: Push radiator cap until its gasket (2) contacts water filler port (3).

Check for coolant leaks. See ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM INSPECTION .
