DTC Troubleshooting

P2111 DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

Step Action YES NO
1  Was "Engine and Emission Control System Check" performed?  Go to Step 2. Go to ENGINE AND EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM CHECK:J24B .
2  DTC check 
  1. Check DTC.

Is there DTC(s) other than P2111? 		 Go to applicable DTC (s). Go to Step 3.
3  Throttle body assembly check 
  1. Check throttle body for operation and condition, see THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION .

Is it in good condition? 		 Substitute a known-good ECM and recheck. Replace throttle body assembly.
