TPMS Reset Procedure

After replacing tire pressure sensor of TPMS equipped vehicle, be sure to register ID code of tire pressure sensor into TPMS control module. If it is not registered, low tire pressure warning light will flash even if tire inflation pressure is adjusted to the specified value.

Check tire pressure sensor for function using special tool.
When tire pressure sensor is activated, flashing LED and beeping sound of special tool indicate an activation of the tire pressure sensor. In case that LED does not flash and beeping sound is not heard even if special tool is normal, replace tire pressure sensor.
