OCV (Oil Control Valve) Removal and Installation
Reference: Timing Chain Cover Component

Removal
Remove OCV (2) and O-ring (3) from timing chain cover (1).





Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following.
^ Install new O-ring.
^ Tighten OCV bolt to specified torque.

Tightening torque
OCV bolt: 11 Nm (1.1 kg-m, 8.5 lbf-ft)
