DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES CHART

Step Action YES NO
1  Was "Engine and Emission Control System Check" performed?  Go to Step 2. Go to ENGINE AND EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM CHECK .
2  Exhaust system for leakage check 
  1. Check exhaust system for leakage.

Is it in good condition? 		 Go to Step 3. Repair or replace defective parts.
3  HO2S check 
  1. Check HO2S, see HO2S ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION .

Is it in good condition? 		 Replace ECM and recheck DTC, see ECM REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . Replace HO2S, see A/F SENSOR AND HO2S REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
