Preliminary Procedures Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE . Remove the left engine splash shield. Refer to ENGINE SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE . Support the transmission with a transmission jack.
1	Transmission Mount Nut (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE . Tightening torque 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
2	Transmission Mount Nut (Qty: 2) Tightening torque 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
3	Transmission Mount Procedure Using the transmission jack, lift the transmission just enough to gain clearance to remove the transmission mount from between the frame bracket and the transmission mount bracket.
