Circuit/System Testing

NOTE:
When removing connectors, inspect for damage or corrosion. Damage or corrosion in the following requires repair or replacement of the affected component/connector:
- The PPS module
- The SDM module
- The PPS module harness connector
- The SDM wiring harness connector
- Verify that DTC U0170 is not set in the SDM.
- If the DTC is set, diagnose that first. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) LIST - VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION .
- Verify the correct PPS part number is installed in the vehicle.
- If the wrong PPS was installed, replace with the correct PPS.
- Replace the PPS module.
