Removal Procedure

Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to FUEL INJECTOR SIGHT SHIELD REPLACEMENT .
Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube from the air cleaner outlet duct.

Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamps at the throttle body and the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.
Remove the air cleaner intake duct from the MAF/IAT sensor and the throttle body.
