Using SUZUKI Scan Tool

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Warm up engine to normal operating temperature.
After warming up, place select lever to "P" range, and set parking brake and block drive wheels.
Stop engine and turn off all electric switches.
Connect SUZUKI scan tool to DLC (1) with ignition switch turned off.

Run engine at specified idle speed, and then select "Manifold Absolute Pressure" under "Data List" mode on scan tool.
Manifold absolute pressure should be lower than specification.

Manifold absolute pressure specification (at sea level)

42 kPa (0.42 kgf/cm ² , 6.09 psi, 0.42 bar) or less at specified idle speed
