4-Speed Automatic Transmission

Output Shaft Speed Sensor Inspection
1) Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2) Hoist vehicle.
3) Disconnect output shaft speed sensor connector.
4) Check output shaft speed sensor (1) for resistance between terminals of sensor.

Output shaft speed sensor resistance
Standard: 560 - 680 ohms (at 20 °C (68 °F))
